Pay: $12.00 per hour
Location: Pineville, Louisiana 71360
Payday: Fridays

Shifts:

The plant operates two shifts with four different groups.
Must be able to work overtime hours.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Overview:
The Grinder will support daily production operations for a plant warehouse client of ours by grinding, smoothing, and inspecting products to meet quality and safety standards. This role assists with running the production line, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production goals are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

• Perform quality checks on products
• Assist with running the production line
• Report any issues to the supervisor on duty
• Follow all health and safety standards
• Meet production targets
• Pack products along the line
• Move damaged products as needed
• Set up tools and machinery for the project
• Grind and smooth rough areas of each piece
• Inspect finished pieces for quality control
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
