About This Position

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is now accepting applications for Full-Time, Experienced Automotive Service Advisors for several of our Johnson Automotive Dealerships in the Triangle. We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals with a positive attitude to fill open position immediately! This position will assist with the operations of the Service Department by advising and counseling guests on any necessary vehicle service repairs as recommended by technicians.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Service Advisor experience
  • CDK experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Available Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
