- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Plan and implement the care of the patient across all processes of the patient care spectrum while in the Emergency Department (ED).
- Utilize strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with other departments in the hospital.
- Active and unencumbered state issued or multistate license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with the last year working in the ED setting
- BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- NIHSS
- TNCC
- CPI
