Job Title: Host/Hostess

Job Description: Welcome guests, seat at tables or in the bar area. Ensure quality of service

Responsibilities:

• Greet Guests
• Utilizing wait list and advise of realistic wait times
• Menu knowledge and making suggestions while guests wait
• Accompanying guests to their seat
• Answer phones and handle guest concerns
• Assist restaurant with any needs they have

Qualifications:

2+years customer service experience

Ability to multi-task

Energetic and personable

Willing to adapt and work in multiple areas when needed
