About This Position
Business Process Analyst Intern
Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst Intern is responsible to work with the Business Office Operations Manager to map out current company processes. The Business Process Analyst will assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures, Identifying bottlenecks in processes, and suggesting changes to fix them. Optimal candidates will be in the third or fourth year of an ABET accredited college studying process optimization.
Duties & Responsibilities - Accurately research current processes and map them.
- Proactively work with teams to understand current processes.
- Recommend Process improvements to current system.
- Write Standard operating procedures.
- Automate processes that can be, through software and or Artificial Intelligence.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum three (3) years college experience in project management, Industrial Engineering, or business analysis.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office including creation of spreadsheets, quotes/customer letters, databases, and reports in Excel and Word
- Ability to interpret and navigate manuals, project tracking software, and databases.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prefer 2 to 3 years of college
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge
