Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal and functional conditions. You will develop individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, pain management, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on/manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions

• Conduct movement assessments and gait analysis

• Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Valid New York Physical Therapy License (Required)

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Ability to commute to assigned clinic location
