• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with members requesting benefit details

• Arrange and conduct virtual or phone consultations

• Clearly explain available programs in a professional, easy-to-understand way

• Use computer systems to process applications and maintain detailed records

• Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standards

• Participate in structured training programs designed to prepare you for advancement

• Confident verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Professional, positive, and dependable

• Able to build trust and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds

• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required

• Comfortable collaborating with leadership and team members

• Self-driven while also contributing to a team environment

• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
