About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Runner to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our construction site. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, running errands, delivering materials, and assisting with general site maintenance. Your primary goal will be to support the construction team and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the construction industry
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment
• Experience operating a forklift or other heavy machinery

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials and equipment to various locations on the construction site
• Assist with general site maintenance, including cleaning and organizing work areas
• Run errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or equipment
• Communicate effectively with the construction team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Skills:

As a Runner, you will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate with the construction team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. You will also use your physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects to deliver materials and equipment to various locations on the construction site. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the construction site. Familiarity with construction materials and equipment, as well as experience operating heavy machinery, will be beneficial in this role.
