We are seeking a Senior Advanced Systems Engineer in our Broomfield, CO, location to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure systems across cryogenic, fluid‑handling, and precision building/facility environments. The ideal candidate brings strong systems integration and field‑execution experience spanning cryogenics, industrial gases, and advanced facility technologies such as precision building controls, environmental systems, and data‑center‑grade mechanical/electrical infrastructure.

All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support R&D, scale‑up, and continuous‑improvement initiatives by transitioning experimental or prototype concepts into robust, field‑deployable systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, P&IDs, control logic, interface specifications, safety procedures, and operations/maintenance guidance.
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • 6+ years of experience delivering complex facility or infrastructure systems, preferably involving cryogenics, fluids, or industrial gases.

WE VALUE:

  • Demonstrated experience with systems integration, commissioning, and field execution
  • Strong understanding of cryogenic safety practices, hazard analysis, and operational risk mitigation.
  • Experience as an engineering project lead on an infrastructure upgrade or a new pilot-scale project
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards related to cryogenic systems.
  • Familiarity with systems engineering methodologies (requirements of management, interface control, verification & validation).
  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and external partners on delivered systems.
  • Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and drive issues to closure in fast-moving project environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear guidance for operations, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
