Your role as an Account Coordinator:

• Make calls to customers and build relationships
• Schedule pick-up and delivery times
• Manage daily shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate proactively with customers and carriers
• Deliver a high level of customer service
• Build and manage shipments within transportation management systems

What you need to get started:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and confidence in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Basic computer skills
• Comfort working in a high-energy, sales-driven environment
