This freelance role offers a unique opportunity to shape how advanced AI systems learn and perform in management consulting contexts. You will translate real-world consulting engagements into structured tasks and evaluation frameworks, allowing AI to develop high-level business reasoning skills. The position involves designing realistic project scenarios, defining structured analytical tasks, and setting evaluation standards for AI outputs. You will work alongside a team of experienced consultants with MBB backgrounds, contributing your expertise to create authentic and challenging learning environments. This is a fully remote, project-based role that combines independent work with high-impact outcomes in the AI domain. Success in this role directly influences the development of AI systems capable of strategic problem-solving in consulting.

• Design and build realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information
• Break down projects into structured tasks that mirror real consulting work (market sizing, growth strategy, operational diagnostics, cost reduction, due diligence)
• Develop evaluation criteria, golden solutions, and grading approaches to train and calibrate AI assessment systems
• Ensure tasks and scenarios reflect authentic MBB consulting practices and high standards of analytical rigor
• Collaborate with other consultants to maintain consistency and quality across project environments
• Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps for AI consumption
• Document tasks, solutions, and evaluation materials clearly and accurately

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (non-negotiable)
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable tasks
• High attention to logical consistency and detail orientation
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
• Excellent written English communication skills (B2+ level)
• Prior experience producing client-ready deliverables and recommendations under uncertainty
