Direct Support Provider at Spark Community – Heber Springs, Arkansas

As a Direct Support Provider, you’ll work one-on-one with adults in their homes and community, helping them live safe, meaningful, and empowered lives. Your support helps foster independence and confidence. This position requires availability for overnight shifts.

• No experience required; prior experience with caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Valid auto insurance
• Pre-employment drug screening required (includes marijuana for safety-sensitive roles)
• Background and maltreatment checks required
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
