The Arc Western Montana is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have flexibility for a full- (30+ hours) or part-time (20-29 hours) successful candidate. Your Role:
- Conduct or assist with behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Educate and train staff and caregivers in behavior support strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client success across settings
- Document services and maintain records in accordance with regulations
- Maintain billable hour expectations based on state requirements

What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or a related field
- Active certification as a BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice as a BCBA in the State of Montana
- Completion of 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
- Minimum one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills
- Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred
- Must pass a background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
