Position Summary The Project Manager - Telecom - will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering telecommunications projects from inception to completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of telecommunications projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and trends. Strong leadership and communication abilities for guiding teams and engaging stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and risks during project execution. Proficiency in project management software for tracking progress and reporting metrics. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred) to adapt to changing requirements and improve delivery. Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and trends. (Preferred)

** Education & Experience** Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry. PMP or equivalent project management certification. (Preferred) Experience with Agile project management frameworks. (Preferred)
