Retail Partner Marketing Specialist

Created 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately-owned, global beauty holding company. Overview:

The Retail Partner Marketing Specialist is the strategic bridge between BEAUTYSPACE and its retail partners. This role develops and executes retailer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across retail partners—owning the paid marketing lifecycle, promotional calendar, and new brand induction process.

Key Responsibilities:

New Brand Induction

  • Lead new brand onboarding to BEAUTYSPACE, introducing marketing and content opportunities
  • Compile Joint Business Plans with brand partners; ensure maximum launch visibility across channels

Retailer Marketing Management

  • Compile marketing intake forms for brand paid initiatives; manage media authorization signing
  • Align brands to paid marketing features and sponsored product placements
  • Coordinate with merchandising/inventory management to ensure stock levels ahead of paid initiatives
  • Work with brands to secure appropriate assets and copy for retailer hand-off and marketing creation
  • Share paid marketing performance with buying teams for brand communications and co-op investment
  • Issue traffic instructions and paid media forms for activation
  • Complete bi-annual intake forms for retailer market meetings and planning

Promotional Planning & Coordination

  • Receive promotional calendars from retail partners; compile into master tracker for team monitoring
  • Share promotional calendar with buying to confirm brand participation
  • Complete retailer promo event forms with SKU assortments (inclusions and exclusions)
  • Align paid and retailer marketing efforts to maximize promotional windows
  • Manage brand partner participation in additional sampling and GWP opportunities
  • Maintain spend tracker for promotional chargebacks
  • Sampling Strategy (Brand Participation)
  • Manage brand partner participation decisions and inclusion for sampling opportunities
  • Align internally with retail partners on sampling fulfillment by In-Brand, Drop-In, or specialty bag GWP
  • Note: Sampling logistics, PO issuance, and fulfillment tracking are owned by the Marketing Coordinator

1P eComm Content Optimization

  • Conduct monthly outreach to 1P brand partners for marketing asset updates and promotional needs
  • Perform quarterly 1P visibility audits to confirm all items are live on site
  • Provide vendors with relevant assets and copy adjustments for 1P listings

Work Hours/Schedule

Full-time schedule, 5 days a week (4 in office, Monday -Thursday 9am -6pm, Friday work from home 9am – 6pm)

Job Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, retail partnerships, or brand management
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid media programs and promotional calendars
  • Strong relationship management skills with external brand partners and retail teams
  • Ability to manage budgets, spend tracking, and ROI reporting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
