SALES REPRESENTATIVE (AEG)

Position: Group Sales Representative
Overview:
• Drive revenue by securing and managing group outings and events.
• Build strong relationships with homeschool co-ops, religious organizations, daycare centers, preschools, public and private schools (including Montessori), camps, youth groups, and corporate clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to event execution—while providing an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid U.S. visa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development: Source, prospect, and secure new group business including schools, camps, corporate events, and youth organizations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Event Planning & Customization: Consult with clients to design customized group entertainment packages. Coordinate food, beverage, and activities tailored to group needs and budget.
• Booking & Administration: Manage full booking process including contracts, invoicing, and payment processing. Use POS and ticketing systems (e.g., Gravity) and CRM tools to track sales and client activities.
• Relationship Management: Act as primary contact for all group clients. Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality experiences.
• Marketing & Community Outreach: Support sales growth through community events, networking, and outreach campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ years of proven high-volume, proactive sales experience (preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or tourism).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service focus.
• Proficient in CRM systems, POS/ticketing platforms, negotiation, and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Flexibility to travel within the United States.
