Responsibilities:

Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and appeals. Provide expert legal counsel on complex litigation, employment law, and legal ethics issues.Prepare, review, and present legal documents, ensuring the best interests of our clients.Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Work closely with clients to understand their personal and business needs and tailor legal strategies accordingly.Conduct in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Prepare and organize exhibits, affidavits, and other supporting documents for court filings.Draft administrative filings before the Attorney Grievance Commission and advise clients on complicated legal ethics issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical case files.Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as directed by Partners.Assist in the preparation of deposition summaries and trial exhibits.Apply analytical skills to identify and assist in resolving issues; proactively suggest appropriate solutions and recommendations to enhance final work product.Complete special projects, and other related duties as assigned.
