This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Learfield. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, a strong desire to serve others and the ability to execute a wide variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Administrative tasks that support business operations
  • Model an excellent ‘customer service’ attitude
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable lobby/reception area
  • Manage mail and deliveries
  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company and services
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and poised demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
