Position Title
Product Development Specialist
Employment Status & Work Hours
Non-Exempt, Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to help bring our products to life by setting up new items, maintaining accurate product data, and ensuring information flows seamlessly across systems and platforms.
This role plays a key part in product setup, product information management, database accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping systems organized, and being the go-to resource for product information, you’ll thrive here.
Compensation & Benefits
● $24 to $26 an hour (depending on level of experience)
● Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

What You'll Do
●Develop and maintain proficiency in department software tools, databases, and product management systems.
●Set up new products in internal databases, CRM systems, and online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
●Update and manage product information, specifications, and related documentation to reflect current offerings.
●Support product launches, updates, and enhancements by coordinating information across teams.
●Review sign proofs and project documentation for accuracy and alignment with company and client standards.
●Partner with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of product changes.
●Monitor data accuracy and proactively identify discrepancies or process improvements.
●Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● 1 year of experience in product development, product setup, product data management, or a related role..
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
● Proficient in Google Suite, CRM or related software.
