What the Server Assistant does!
As a part-time Server Assistant, you’ll support the 107 Bistro & Wine Bar team to provide excellent service to each of our guests. Working at our historic site in Los Gatos, the day-to-day may include:
- Supporting servers with setting up tables, delivering and describing food items, and bussing
- Stocking service station areas
- Preparing and stocking wine glasses, water glasses, and other prepared items for service
- Assisting with wine bottles purchases and orders
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of work area and workstations
- Hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Proactive, productive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability required (Friday-Sunday)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, lift, grab and bend throughout the duration of each shift. Frequent use of stairs and ramp and occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work outdoors in all-weather conditions for the duration of the shift
