As a Powder Coat Painter, you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality finish on every part.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Reading work orders and prepping parts for coating
• Applying powder coat using proper techniques and spray equipment
• Masking areas using heat-resistant tape
• Operating curing ovens and monitoring bake cycles
• Performing visual quality checks on finished parts
• Maintaining spray booths, filters, and prep areas
• Assisting with rework and troubleshooting as needed

• Previous powder coat painting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with spray guns and oven curing processes
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

• Hands-on, active role (standing, moving, lifting)
• Working around spray equipment, ovens, and production machinery
