🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)

In this role, you’ll help prepare parts for powder coating and play a key role in ensuring a high-quality finish on every product.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Lifting and hanging parts onto paint carts
• Taping and plugging areas that should not be coated
• Tagging and organizing parts for tracking
• Moving carts through the wash booth and assisting with cleaning/drying
• Staging parts for the next step in production
• Learning powder coating basics and expanding your skillset

• Manufacturing or painting experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and able to work independently or on a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting:
  • 30 lbs regularly
  • 50 lbs frequently
  • Up to 75 lbs occasionally
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and crouching
• Working around machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures
