Parts Hanger – Roanoke, IL Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

• What You'll Do:

As a Parts Hanger, you'll play an important role in preparing parts for powder coating and ensuring a high-quality finish on every product. You'll support the production process from start to finish and have the opportunity to learn new skills along the way.

• Prepare parts for powder coating by lifting and hooking them onto paint carts
• Tape and plug exposed sections that should not be painted
• Attach identifying tags to parts or carts
• Guide carts into the cleaning booth, power wash, and dry parts
• Stage parts for the next phase of processing
• Learn the basics of powder coating and build your skill set
• What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or painting environment is strongly preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to use a measuring tape
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adjust to production needs
• Powder coat experience is a plus
• Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and 75 lbs occasionally
• Frequent walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Manual and finger dexterity required for detailed work
• Must work near moving machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Occasional exposure to hot or cold conditions
