Parts Hanger – Roanoke, IL Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Overtime as needed
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

- What You'll Do:
As a Parts Hanger, you'll play an important role in preparing parts for powder coating and ensuring a high-quality finish on every product. You'll support the production process from start to finish and have the opportunity to learn new skills along the way.
- Prepare parts for powder coating by lifting and hooking them onto paint carts
- Tape and plug exposed sections that should not be painted
- Attach identifying tags to parts or carts
- Guide carts into the cleaning booth, power wash, and dry parts
- Stage parts for the next phase of processing
- Learn the basics of powder coating and build your skill set
- What We're Looking For:
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or painting environment is strongly preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to use a measuring tape
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adjust to production needs
- Powder coat experience is a plus
- Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and 75 lbs occasionally
- Frequent walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Manual and finger dexterity required for detailed work
- Must work near moving machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Occasional exposure to hot or cold conditions
