Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Accounts Receivable team for a three-month temporary position to cover a leave of absence. This role involves managing incoming payments for catering events across multiple locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Receivable for all catering locations by reviewing contracts, invoices, and payment methods.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and register daily payments in control reports.
- Review and reconcile daily and weekly payment reports.
- Record contracts and customer payments in "Restaurant 365."
- Deposit checks and reconcile bank activity.
- Close out events and reconcile revenue forecasts weekly and monthly.
- Manage canceled events and submit reimbursement paperwork to Accounts Payable.
- Provide general clerical support as needed.
Full time job (40 hours a week) for a period of three (3) months
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 40-minute paid lunch)
Requirements:- Experience as an Accounts Receivable clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with sales representatives via email and phone.
