Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense) at Clausen Miller P.C. – Los Angeles, California

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a highly qualified Insurance Defense Litigation Associate for its California offices. All candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills, together with experience in drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and conducting depositions, mediations, motions and trial preparation. Exceptional candidates will have experience defending construction defect, commercial, general and professional liability matters, and familiarity with standard legal billing practices. All candidates must have an active license to practice law in the state of California and be a member in good standing with the state bar. We offer hybrid or fully remote work schedule, but candidate must reside in California. Salary range for this position is $108,000 to $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
