Position Information
Under the general supervision of the Financial Operations Manager, the Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and logistical coordination in the daily operations of the Associated Students (ASUCR) Office. The incumbent provides support Financial Operations Manager and Executive Director and is responsible for the oversight and operation of the ASUCR Front Desk and Reception area. The position is also responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the front desk student assistants and serving as the first point-of-contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni, and guests who visit or contact ASUCR. This position also provides facilities and inventory support to the Highlander Newspaper and Graduate Student Association. The full salary range for the ASUCR Office Coordinator (job code: 004722) is $61,282.80 - $87,821.28 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $63,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.

Skill in independently composing letters, memos, reports, and other written communication materials using correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, composition, text editing, and proofreading skills. |
| Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Knowledge of the applicable federal and state regulations governing areas related to the responsibilities of the position including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). |
