Physical Therapist at Powers Health – Munster, Indiana

Physical Therapist for our Out-Patient Therapy Department in Munster, Indiana. Position is Monday through Thursday 830–5 and Fridays 8–430. We are looking for a physical therapist that has an interest in treating neurologic-based clientele of patients. An ability to treat vestibular diagnosis is also preferred. This position may include floating to other Powers Health Therapy locations for coverage as needed.

The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician and under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy Services.

Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy with a minimum of a Master’s degree in PT. State of Indiana Physical Therapy License required, or eligible for state licensure within 180 days.
