Job Overview:

- Salary/Pay Rate: $24 to $28 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.
- Location: Delavan, WI (Customer locations typically within 60 miles).
- Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday with some weekends, evenings, and overtime required.
- Project Scope: Residential and Commercial Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Direct daily field operations to ensure all air duct and dryer vent cleaning projects meet NADCA and company quality standards.
- Execute high-quality cleaning methods and AeroSeal technology applications to improve HVAC system efficiency for clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of empowerment, safety, and technical growth on every job site.
- Manage customer interactions and the invoicing process through the company CRM to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Maintain all specialized equipment and company vehicles to ensure operational readiness and a professional brand image.
- Evaluate site-specific requirements for residential and commercial systems to determine the most effective cleaning and repair strategies.
- Coordinate with the leadership team to streamline workflows and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a lead technician or laborer in air duct cleaning or a related HVAC field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude including the use of small tools, sheet metal work, and vacuum systems.
- Ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and accessing crawlspaces or rooftops.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, invoicing, and project documentation.
- Clean driving record and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Approximately 2 years of leadership experience in a field service or mechanical environment.
- Ventilation Maintenance Technician (VMT) or Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (CDET) certifications.
- Hands-on experience with AeroSeal technology for air duct sealing.
- Formal training or a High School Diploma/GED.
