The Training Specialist conducts training classes for Norton Healthcare employees and assists in creating, updating, and evaluating course materials, which may include print and/or various electronic delivery methods. This role is also responsible for maintaining classroom materials and recording classroom attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications
Required:
- With Associate's Degree, one year instructional design and curriculum delivery
- Without Associate's Degree, three years instructional design and curriculum delivery
Desired:
- With degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting or without degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting
- Bachelor Degree
