  • Design, administer, and optimize revenue, commission, and incentive frameworks in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders

  • Lead change management initiatives for new processes, tools, and incentives, providing clear communication, documentation, and feedback mechanisms
  • Ensure regional system administration and ongoing support for commercial tools, enabling teams to operate efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial strategy, or related analytical roles supporting B2B go-to-market teams

  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive performance insights, operational improvements, and business recommendations
  • Experience building or scaling processes in high-growth or zero-to-one environments, with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, structured problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Preferred: experience in fintech, payments, financial services, B2B SaaS, or managing CRM, sales engagement, and BI tools; experience designing sales compensation or quota programs; experience working across global teams and time zones

Benefits:
