In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical and non-technical functions to support global expansion. Your mission involves:
Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams to define specific hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through active sourcing, professional networking, employee referrals, and strategic employer branding activities.
Managing the full candidate journey, from conducting initial screenings and interviews to assessing cultural and technical fit and handling offer negotiations.
Utilizing recruitment data and metrics, such as time-to-hire and funnel conversion rates, to continuously monitor and optimize the efficiency of the hiring process.
Ensuring an exceptional and consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint of the recruitment funnel.
To succeed in this position, you should possess 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within Fintech, Crypto, Payments, or similar regulated environments. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
Proven expertise in managing structured hiring processes for both specialized senior roles and high-volume operational teams like Risk, Compliance, or Customer Support.
Advanced sourcing capabilities, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and proactive candidate outreach.
Experience recruiting across international markets (Europe, UK, or Asia) and comfort working within distributed, remote teams.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to manage candidate relationships with professionalism and clarity.
Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as BambooHR or similar platforms.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, essential for collaborating in a global business context.
