Location: Bellingham, MA (Onsite/In person).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Project Scope: High-End Residential (Pool Houses, Pavilions, Greenhouses).

You will serve as a premier on-site leader, guiding skilled crews to bring complex, custom-designed outdoor structures to life. How You Will Make an ImpactLead on-site crews through the complete construction cycle, including precision framing, siding, roofing, and intricate trim work.
Manage project timelines and daily schedules with high accountability to ensure every custom build is completed to Outdoor Personia standards.
Interpret complex blueprints and customized project plans to execute builds that meet exact architectural specifications.
Mentor team members by providing technical guidance and fostering a morally sensitive, positive, and collaborative work environment.
Represent a premium brand by maintaining a professional job site presence and delivering outstanding customer service to our loyal clients.
Adapt to project changes at all stages of production with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction and professional carpentry.
Proven ability to read and understand customized project plans, blueprints, and site layouts.
Physical capability to endure strenuous construction activities and manual labor in an outdoor field environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the maturity to manage crew dynamics and client expectations professionally.
Adherence to a tobacco-free and professional workspace at all times on the job site.
Advanced knowledge of specialized trim work and finishing techniques for luxury outdoor structures.
Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strict focus on quality and safety.
