You will serve as a premier on-site leader, guiding skilled crews to bring complex, custom-designed outdoor structures to life. • Lead on-site crews through the complete construction cycle, including precision framing, siding, roofing, and intricate trim work.

• Manage project timelines and daily schedules with high accountability to ensure every custom build is completed to Outdoor Personia standards.

• Interpret complex blueprints and customized project plans to execute builds that meet exact architectural specifications.

• Mentor team members by providing technical guidance and fostering a morally sensitive, positive, and collaborative work environment.

• Represent a premium brand by maintaining a professional job site presence and delivering outstanding customer service to our loyal clients.

• Adapt to project changes at all stages of production with flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction and professional carpentry.

• Proven ability to read and understand customized project plans, blueprints, and site layouts.

• Physical capability to endure strenuous construction activities and manual labor in an outdoor field environment.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the maturity to manage crew dynamics and client expectations professionally.

• Adherence to a tobacco-free and professional workspace at all times on the job site.

• Advanced knowledge of specialized trim work and finishing techniques for luxury outdoor structures.

• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strict focus on quality and safety.
