What We Are Looking For!CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEBi-Lingual Highly Preferred!!!POSITION SUMMARYHandle inbound/outbound inquiries which result in but not limited to: setting up new accounts and services, providing service contract information, resolving customer issues or questions, and collecting payment while delivering great customer service and leaving a positive impression.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experienceManage difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs and responds to requests for service and assistanceProvide accurate information about products and services to the customerAccurately document all calls and account informationIdentify and educate customers on services/products with the intent of suggestive upsellingProcess customer paymentsPerform outbound collection callsReview, monitor, and follow up on any assigned accounts as appropriateProtect customer information by keeping all information confidentialUpdate job knowledge by attending training and educational opportunitiesPerform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisorMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of customer service experience1 year of call center experience highly preferred6 months work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applicationsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft TeamsData entry, keyboard skills and use of a 10 key calculator are requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyExcellent follow-through and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsCollaborate with others effectivelyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting for 6 - 8 hours a dayStanding, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbingAbility to lift and move items up to 10 poundsEDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent requiredLICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
