We have a unique opportunity for a Deposit System Administrator with strong Fiserv Premier Core Deposit end-user and spec experience. This role will primarily support and enhance Capra’s Premier Core Deposit administration experience, and online banking administration experience.

Position Summary

The Deposit System Administrator is responsible for serving as a secondary administrator for the Fiserv Premier Core (Deposits) and Consumer Digital Banking platforms. This role works closely with internal teams, bank customers and external vendors to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and support daily deposit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary administrator for the Fiserv Premier Core system (Deposits), including, parameter setup, and release testing
• Serve as secondary administrator for Consumer Digital Banking systems, supporting both internal and external customers with digital banking services (online/mobile banking, bill pay, external transfers, Zelle, eStatements, etc.). This includes complex troubleshooting, user administration and release testing
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve system issues and customer inquiries
• Support Deposit Operations with ACH, wire transfers, and item/exception processing
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and tools while identifying opportunities to streamline and improve workflows

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive experience with Fiserv Premier Core system (experience with Deposit administration strongly desired)
• Experience supporting Fiserv Consumer Digital Banking systems, including configuration, maintenance, and integration (Retail Online, Mobiliti, Access Manager, PartnerCare, Compass, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of deposit operations, including:
  • ACH processing (returns and notifications of change)
  • Wire transfers
  • Stop payments
  • Overdraft processing
  • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) item and return processing
  • Positive Pay exception item processing and returns
• Knowledge of Funds Transfer and operating rules
• Strong working knowledge of banking regulations related to deposit and OLB
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Proficiency in supporting multiple browser types and mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Fiserv Premier Core administration and consumer Digital Banking support on Fiserv platforms
• Knowledge of ACH rules and regulations
