Position: Cook

Reports To: Kitchen Manager

Specific Duties:

• Ability to master any station in the kitchen.
• Able to create a prep list in order to prepare for following shifts.
• Able to describe and prep all items on the menu.
• Able to work un-supervised.
• Knows and understands company standards for food presentation.
• Knows and understands company menu and standard for food and preparation.
• Has a cooperative and positive work attitude.
• Understands and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Must work well and keep lines of communication open with all other employees and managers.
• Always arrives on time.

Pay Range: $12 - $14/hour
