Join WM-Synergys Business Intelligence team as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the VISUAL ERP solution. Collaborate with our VISUAL customers business and IT organizations to achieve excellence in the following areas:

- Design & Architecture: Create business intelligence solutions that align with VISUAL ERP technology stack, organizational goals, and industry best practices.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into precise VISUAL ERP-specific business intelligence reports.

- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to the development team throughout the VISUAL ERP application lifecycle.

- Technology Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology options for optimal VISUAL ERP application solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact:

- Stakeholder Partnership: Engage with business stakeholders to assess needs, analyze opportunities, and develop proof of concepts that showcase the value of VISUAL ERP.

- Business Requirements: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, perform impact analysis, process, and flow mapping, and evaluate technical feasibility within the VISUAL ERP framework.

- Project Collaboration: Work alongside project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of VISUAL ERP solutions.

- Vision & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic vision and roadmap for the phased rollout of VISUAL ERP solutions, driven by market trends, client needs, and business priorities.

- Enterprise Solutions: Advocate for enterprise-wide solutions by identifying patterns within the VISUAL ERP application portfolio to address broad-reaching issues.

- Facilitation & Brainstorming: Lead meetings with stakeholders to brainstorm, define project requirements, and refine VISUAL ERP solutions.

- Technology Champion: Promote the importance of BI technology, data quality, integrity, and reliability within the VISUAL ERP environment.

- Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in VISUAL ERP application development, relevant programming languages, and frameworks.

- Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and other software development methodologies tailored to VISUAL ERP implementations.

- Programming & Frameworks: Expertise in technologies such as Microsoft, Azure, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, and Python.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex VISUAL ERP applications and propose effective solutions that meet business objectives.

- Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for evaluating options and making informed decisions promptly.

- Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to create a positive and productive work environment.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Both technical and business credentials are a plus.

- Experience: 5+ years in an application solution lead role, with a focus on designing solutions for data warehouse/business intelligence areas, preferably on a Microsoft platform (e.g., Azure, SQL Server).

- VISUAL ERP Expertise: Extensive experience with VISUAL ERP, including an understanding of ERP products, processes, and regulations.

- Business Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with business partners to understand their needs and pain points within the VISUAL ERP framework.

- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure alignment of VISUAL ERP solutions with business needs.

- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and VISUAL ERP solutions to non-technical stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
