Position summary:
- Responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP/IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- Masters’ Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field.

Required length and type of experience:- One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience in facilitating group therapies and individual counseling is preferred.

Required licensure, certification or registry:- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor
