General Manager

We own Multiple Coldstone Creamery locations in NJ, PA & CT. We are looking for hands-on, experienced, honest, dependable, hard-working general manager who would like to grow with the company. Lots of opportunities to grow for the right individual.

Prior experience with QSR as a manager is must. Cake decorating experience is not required but preferred for this position.

Excellent Pay Package with Bonus, raise etc.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
• Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Maintaining a clean, organized store

• At least 3-6 months food service leadership experience
• Cake Decorating experience is a huge plus
• Experience in motivating co-workers
• Cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• Reliable transportation
• The ability to work up to 5-6 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Able to clearly communicate with customers
