About This Position

JOB SUMMARY
-
Provides management and operational oversight for designated/assigned BMG team(s) in working in close collaboration and in coordination of the ED/COO BMG and other key stakeholders including physicians. Responsibilities include but are not limited to evaluation/assessment of processes in order to provide continuity of services/capabilities and program delivery, implementation of service and operational improvement strategies to meet performance goals, identification of customer service related issues and coordination of resolution to promote high performing team(s).Participates in strategic planning and the deployment of operational initiatives through effective project management, financial oversight to meet budgetary parameters, efficient resource utilization and human resource management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in business or health-related field or related experience in a health care setting.

Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Finance and/or related field (preferred)

Minimum two years supervisory experience in health-related field after degree (seven years preferred).

Skills:
-
Moderate to advanced computer and data entry skills.
-
Knowledge of correct and safe use of basic office equipment including copier, fax machine, and computer.

Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to organize and communicate clearly.

Professional communication and clinical skills.

Strong Interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
