Construction Manager in Pomona, California at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare

*Position eligible for Incentive Compensation*

The Construction Manager oversees the development of all assigned projects from inception through project closeout and is responsible for the successful delivery of these projects. The Construction Manager is responsible for directing and managing outsourced construction management firms, architectural firms, and general contractors. Additionally, the Construction Manager will collaborate and work with various Casa Colina departments, accounting and support staff from initial project inception through successful project completion. Oversees construction projects assigned at the Pomona Campus and/or off-site, including the scheduling of and coordination of vendors, monitoring progress and providing progress reports including through internal project management software, meetings and reporting structures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or another related major preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• 5 (five) years progressive experience in the construction and renovation of health care facilities is required with proven ability to administer all phases of health facility construction required.
• Familiarity with OSHA, CDPH, Joint Commission, and HCAI

The annual salary range for this position is $170,000-$195,000/year
