Do you live for throttle, torque, and the thrill of the ride? Are you a leader who knows how to drive sales, motivate a team, and keep the floor running full throttle?

We’re looking for a high-performance FLOOR MANAGER to take charge of our busy showroom and lead our sales crew across motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more.

Run day-to-day operations of the showroom floor

Lead and motivate a high-energy sales team

Ensure every customer experience is next-level

Coordinate with parts, service, and finance to keep deals moving fast

Monitor inventory flow, floor displays, and merchandising

Smash sales goals and drive team performance

2+ years of powersports or automotive sales leadership experience

Deep knowledge of the powersports industry – motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, PWC, etc.

Proven ability to close deals and lead by example

Strong communication, people, and organizational skills

Motorcycle endorsement/license preferred (or willing to get one)
