Stamping Press Set-Up/Operator at Wisconsin Metal Parts LLC – Waukesha, Wisconsin

We are looking for a full time Stamping Press Set-Up Operator to join our press room!

This position will be focused on setting-up and operating metal stamping presses ranging from 30 ton - 200 tons, primarily running progressive dies.

• At least 6 months work experience in operating/settting up metal stamping presses strongly preferred. Candidates with more experience strongly encouraged to apply!
• Will consider candidates with other trades or mechanical backgrounds
• Desire to advance to a higher level of skill in set-ups
• Self-motivated, hands on, natural team player
• Detail orientated, with a production and quality mindset
• Experience using/reading basic hand measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers) strongly preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift raw material or finished goods up to 35 pounds
• Able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed
