Perform the operation of machines and peripherals of the production processes of injection, packing assemblies, based on internal norms and procedures and technical specifications, goals established by the department of the operational center.

Responsabilities

• Control the Master Data Sheet and Process Sheet
• Ensure the machines are working according to the Process Sheets
• Training on All shifts
• New Materials Validation (Material Testing)
• Contact point to send requests to tooling
• Molds and Machines productivity increase
• Production Routings management
• Capacity Analysis accountability to achieve the number (ton).
• Productivity increase (cycle times, flexibility)
• Machine maintenance evaluation (preventive and corrective).
• Product quality problems analysis (based on engineering data).
• Make sure thee TPM routine is happening
• Professional Experience (In the area): 5+ years of on-the-job experience preferred

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient to excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions
• Ability to discern between acceptable and unacceptable part; dimensional or visual characteristics
