As an Event Server, you will directly engage with our customers and represent our Brand by providing services with kindness and attentiveness, assisting with setup and breakdown, and ensuring every guest feels valued. Key Responsibilities:

Actively participate in loading and unloading catering equipment and products.

Set up and organize designated event spaces (e.g., venues, customer residences, etc), including tables, chairs, linens, buffet displays, décor, and catering equipment as outlined by your supervisor and our serving standards.

Serve food and beverages with a focus on presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.

Assist chefs at action stations and execute plated, buffet, or passed-service meals.

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and uphold a professional demeanor.

At all times, maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing service areas.

Clear and break down event setups, handle equipment, and safely handle décor.

Ensure all areas are clean and tidy.

Ensure all health and safety standards are upheld at all times.

Follow any other duties and relevant tasks as assigned by the manager.
