The DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Green Tree is the city's flagship Hilton property with 460 guest rooms and 40,000 sq. ft of event space. The hotel features a 10,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom and a 4,000 sq. ft. Junior Ballroom. The DoubleTree is currently hiring for the position of Catering Sales Manager.

Duties for this position include:

• Selling Catering Events with a focus on Social Catering and Weddings.
• Prospecting for Social business and Weddings by effectively targeting marketing efforts.
• Completing contracts and BEO's for client events.
• Preparing for and executing exceptional site visits for potential clients to win business.
• Ensure the Banquet and Kitchen Teams have the necessary information to best execute to the client's wishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $60,000/year

Schedule:

· Tuesday to Saturday

· AM Lobby shift once a week

· Partake in the MOD program throughout the year.

· Weekend availability based on business demand.

Previous Hotel experience is a plus.

Previous Selling experience preferred.

Delphi FDC experience preferred.
