Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. The supervisor may assign other duties.

  • Ensures new employees are trained properly in the paint line
  • Identifies progress of knowledge of all employees and ensures everyone is doing their job correctly
  • Reports back to Supervisor on any finding of non-compliance
  • Starts the automatic paint line in the morning by turning power on
  • Make sure the water flows to paint is running correctly
  • Make sure the washing system is functioning properly
  • Must have knowledge of how to use all tools, especially bander machines
  • Work overtime when requested
  • Computer knowledge is a must
  • Outlook experience is a plus
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Lead by example and “Do what you say”
  • Regular attendance is a must

Education/Training/Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED/1-2-year experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents / processes
  • Bilingual is a plus

Skills and Equipment:

  • Demonstrate math proficiency as it relates to job.
  • Uses the following equipment: half faced mask, dust mask, full Tyvek suit with air filtration system, Tyvek lab coat, full face mask with cartridge, latex gloves, goggles.
