• Screen patients in crisis to assess their needs and level of care.

• Collaborate with providers to recommend appropriate next steps, including inpatient referral or discharge.

• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress situations.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, or LLP).

• Crisis intervention experience preferred.
