What you’ll do

As our Construction Recruiter, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hiring efforts — identifying and engaging the talent that brings our job sites and projects to life.

This is more than just a hiring role. You’ll be a brand ambassador, culture carrier, and people connector. You’ll work side-by-side with project managers, foremen, and leadership to bring on skilled professionals who share our values and passion for building better.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Craft and post job listings that pop
• Source and screen top-tier candidates for field and skilled labor
• Build authentic relationships with applicants from all backgrounds
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project staffing needs
• Attend job fairs, trade school events, and community hiring initiatives
• Support onboarding and help new hires feel welcomed and empowered
• Represent Sterling’s culture, values, and mission in every interaction

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience — construction/trades experience a major plus
• Bilingual in Spanish & English? You’ll be our hero.
• You're tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable juggling priorities
• A natural communicator who knows how to connect with everyone from laborers to leadership
