Who you are...

• You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous
• You are genuine, friendly and reliable
• You are caring, and enjoy going above and beyond
• You have a minimum of one year of golf course services experience, or experience in the golf industry
• You have a solid understanding of the game of golf and golf industry knowledge
• You have exceptional customer service, communication, and motivational skills
• You show a commitment to personalized service and stellar attention to detail, and are able to coach and guide other team members on these skills
• You enjoy striking up conversations and meeting new people
• You have a valid driver's license
• You have a flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays
• You love to have fun while you’re at work!

What you’ll do...

• You will provide excellent customer service to all Tetherow members and guests to ensure an extraordinary golf experience
• You will clean, stage, and maintain the golf transportation fleet
• You will set up and break down the golf course range and practice areas
• You will assist members and guests with their golf bags
• You will represent yourself and the resort in a professional manner at all times
