Legal Assistant at ROBINSON WATERS & O'DORISIO – Denver, Colorado

Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time civil litigation legal assistant with commercial litigation experience. The preferred candidate will have excellent communication skills, attendance, and reliability, be proactive, and be highly organized. Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm and be able to work in person in our Denver office. One day remote work is available.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Corporate compliance (nationwide)
• Entity formations and dissolutions with the Colorado Secretary of State, Delaware Division of Corporations and other Secretaries of States
• Tracking and filing of numerous monthly corporate renewals
• IRS document filings
• Creation and distribution of real estate electronic closing binders
• Stock certificate drafting and recording (in companies’ stock ledgers)
• Proofread real estate plat maps
• Letter drafting
• Document revision and creation
• Calendaring and soft management of attorneys’ schedules
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition
• Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly
• Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills

RWO offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package including company-paid parking and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. RWO also provides generous 401(k) options and paid time off (PTO). The pay range listed for this posting may vary depending on experience. Pay range: $63,000 - $75,000.
